  • situation analysis and needs assessment
  • formulation of the job profile and the requirement profile of the candidate
  • selection of different channels to address candidates
  • determine the search strategy
  • canvass of the competitors in the means of a direct approach
  • searching for candidates: In addition to the direct approach, we also use our own network as well as an internal database with candidates we are currently attending to

We offer transparent and performance-oriented fees according to the Retainer Model, based on a fixed commission on the basis of the annual gross income. 1/3 of the fee is incurred when placing the order, 1/3 when the contract is signed, and 1/3 upon completion of the probationary period.
