Trainee HR Consultant (m/w/d)

  • Do you already have a university degree or a completed commercial training?
  • Do you want to start work in Human Resources and jump right in to help shape the business?
  • Are you able to quickly find a compromise between economic and human demands?
  • Do you have a talent for languages and speak a language other than your mother tongue?
  • Are you familiar with career networks and with MS Office products?

Within 18 months you will become familiar with our various consultancy priorities and activities. This practice-oriented trainee programme is accompanied by monthly workshops on issues such as active sourcing, candidate experience, on-boarding, personnel management, negotiation strategies, labour law and change management. As a rule, you already become delegated to an on-site consultancy mandate whilst in the trainee programme.

Ideally, you have already gathered deployable skills in Human Resources, for example in the context of a work placement, which for us has the same status as work experience.
