Online Interview Guide
It's the same every year: The review meetings must be conducted and documented. Executives are struggling regularly to leave their technical and operational issues behind and turn to the employee reviews.
In order to find remedies for your HR department and your executives, we have developed an online interview guide.
All information relevant for the meeting is displayed graphically. Specifically, information is provided highlighting which skills on the current staff level are required and in which form.
Based on this information, the employee can be evaluated in a standardised way. This assessment can be carried out by executive managers and optionally even the employees themselves. The evaluation results are entered online and are now also available for the subsequent periods.
