Your company's success depends on all employees.

The responsibility for your employees is carried by your executive managers, who can only cope with their responsibility when a regular and open communication with employees takes place. In the daily routine of work, current concerns, related to individual situations, desires, needs or problems can be addressed and attended to. In order to thematise the working situation experienced over a longer period, we have developed a moderated online management feedback for you.

The goal of our online management feedback is to promote and establish a feedback culture within your organisation. Through the management feedback openness, conflict resolution skills and a readiness for change are encouraged on both sides, the executive managers as well as the employees.

In a voluntary online survey of your employees and the respective managers, opinions of the staff and a self-assessment regarding the experienced leadership skills is generated. The reviews and feedback submitted by the employees will be evaluated anonymously and, in summary, compared to the self-assessments of the executive manager.

This summary is then analysed and discussed by your employees and the responsible managers together with one of our moderators within a team meeting. The meeting is concluded with a feedback arrangement.
