Local People Survey

Employee surveys exist in great numbers. In many cases, these are annually repeated surveys with an enormous amount of results. The evaluation of the results often remains undone.

Our approach to this issue is different: we generate the data at team level, and that is where the survey results also are prepared.

In the first step, we interview your employees online by the Local People Survey, typically with very few questions (10-20 questions). Through this voluntary online survey, opinions on issues such as job satisfaction, corporate culture, communication, employee loyalty and leadership are generated. In the second step, the results are calculated and presented graphically. In the third step, your employees will be involved at team level in the evaluation of the results within a moderated workshop.

The results of this workshop will be summarised by us and are made available to the personnel management and/or the executive board in form of a Management Summary.
